This study reports the carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) adsorption on montmorillonite (NaMt) incorporating Cu 0, Fe 0, Pd 0 and Ag 0 as metallic nanoparticles (MNPs). The changes in structural, textural, morphological and adsorption properties of the resulting materials (NaMtMNPs) were investigated.
